About the Team – Wesley Volunteer Support Team

The Volunteer Support Team is the central hub for all things volunteering. We provide best practice guidance to services and centres, handle external volunteer enquiries, support volunteer recruitment, and run programs and communications that recognize, reward, and retain our volunteers. By doing so, we play a crucial role in enhancing our organisation’s community profile and volunteer engagement.

About the role

  • part-time permanent position (22.8 hours/week)
  • based in Carlingford, NSW

We are seeking a tech-savvy office all-rounder who can assist with the daily operations of our team. In this role, you’ll support both internal and external stakeholders with a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth communication and effective processes. This includes responding to enquiries, implementing recruitment and retention initiatives, and maintaining precise volunteer data. If you are passionate about community services, enjoy engaging with diverse groups of people, and excel in a dynamic office environment, this role might be perfect for you.

Remuneration

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Clerks Private Sector Award, level 3. Potential above award margin for the right candidate. Generous salary packing benefits available to the successful applicant.
