Give a gift
You can have an impact by giving a gift to someone in need. All donated gifts will go towards helping people receiving support in our hospitals during the Christmas period. Please choose new items to donate from the following list:

- $39 can cover all costs associated with one crisis counselling phone call
- $149 can fund a suicide prevention training for one person
Become a volunteer with Lifeline Sydney & Sutherland
Our volunteers come from all walks of life, communities and cultures and are of all ages from 18 and over. No previous training or counselling experience is required—just the desire to help others and to give back to your community.

Connect with us on our social media channels, engage with our posts on the issue using #YouAreNotAlone and help fight stigma and discrimination around mental health.
Book a workplace training workshop
We also offer training programs for organisations to help support their staff in times of crisis.
