2. Eligibility assessment via My Aged Care
Contact My Aged Care to set up your assessment with the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)
3. Arrange your no obligation in-home assessment
One of our lifestyle advisors will visit your home and take the time to create a plan that suits your personal needs. It’s a good idea to have a loved one or friend with you at this stage.
4. Review you Care Plan and budget
Our lifestyle advisor will provide you with your unique Care Plan and budget for your approval.
5. Start receiving your services
Your services will start when you’re ready. Your plan is flexible, so changes can be made anytime.
