Fees
When you study with us you will need to pay a fee unless you qualify for an exemption. This must be paid on enrolment and will be clearly stated prior to the process taking place. The fee structure for skills recognition will be available upon application. Fees can be paid via Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit. Payment is only accepted in Australian dollars.

For NSW students who may be eligible for subsidised training under the NSW Government’s Smart and Skilled Program, information can be obtained at www.smartandskilled.nsw.gov.au or by phoning 1300 772 104.
Undertaking training can help rebuild someone’s life and get them back into the workforce. People who are experiencing or have experienced domestic and family violence and / or their dependant(s) may be eligible for free training that is funded by the NSW government under the Smart and Skilled initiative. Please contact us on training@wesleymission.org.au to find out more.
Assessments
You will be required to demonstrate you have gained the knowledge and skills relevant to the qualification. How you are assessed will vary dependent on the course you choose. Your trainer will provide you with detailed information on the type and nature of assessments at the start of the course. It is the students’ responsibility to read the information and clarify with the trainer any concerns they may have regarding the nature and/or timing of the assessments for the course/program as a whole and for each of the units.
Skills recognition
You may already have some of the skills and knowledge relevant to the course that you have chosen to study. Skills recognition has two main applications, Credit Transfer incorporating National Recognition and Recognition of Prior Leaning. National recognition (Credit Transfer) is the process whereby a student automatically has credit for units of competency that they have completed at any other Registered Training Organisation in Australia. If you have been assessed as being competent in any relevant units of competency, you will need to provide a certified copy of your transcript/statement of attainment.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) acknowledges skills and knowledge gained as a result of work and life experience. Applications for Recognition of Prior Learning are based on whole competencies.
Supportive learning environment
We are committed to providing a learning environment that drives successful outcomes for students. This includes providing appropriate facilities, learning materials, monitoring and evaluating progress, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and experienced and issuing qualifications in line with national standards.
Cancellation Policy
Every effort is made to ensure that courses run as advertised, however we do reserve the right to alter any arrangements. You will be notified as soon as possible in the event of a course cancellation.
