How does it work?

We work with prospective residents and their families from a very early stage to ensure that a transition to Wesley Woodward is the most desirable outcome for the person with disability.

Prospective residents are referred to Wesley Woodward by the Department of Ageing, Disability and Care. We review prospective residents to determine their support needs, the best compatibility with potential unit mate and our capacity to support the client effectively.
