Wesley Youth Mentoring

Wesley Youth Mentoring is a volunteer-based program that connects young people with an older adult role model who can offer positive guidance and support.

Helpful links

Through the program, young people are better equipped to cope with life’s changes, challenges, and decisions by having a supportive person to talk to.

Who is eligible to be mentored?

The program is available to any young person between the ages of 12 and 20 connected to a Wesley Mission program in the Western Sydney area.

Once matched, the contact for the young person and mentor is 4 hours a fortnight for a minimum period of 12 months. The match is reviewed at three, six, nine and 12 months.
