Buying groceries, catching public transport, learning how to care for yourself – we can help you develop the skills you need to become more independent with everyday tasks.
Need assistance with day-to-day activities? We offer daily supports to help you to live safely and as independently as possible in the comfort of your home while helping you to pursue the goals in your National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan. We can do this by working with you to build up new skills or confidence, or by offering a helping hand with a range of tasks.
Your support worker will assist you to engage in social, recreational and community activities. This could include a mix of community and centre-based activities, such as art classes, sports, library visits, day trips and mentoring or peer support.
Cleaning, mowing the lawn, gardening, washing sheets and clothes, preparing and delivering meals – whatever practical support you need to keep your home in order, we’re here to help.
Our experienced team can help you with personal activities like toileting, showering and getting dressed in your home.
We’ll help you to buy assistive, personal care or safety items that you need daily, including Home enteral nutrition (HEN) products, continence products, toilet and bathroom equipment, specialised clothing, low-cost assistive technology and equipment to support your mobility needs.
