“Mrs Dang asked me to thank all of the staff at Wesley Mission who helped to get her rails organised and completed. Mrs Dang and her husband are very pleased with the rails and advised me that, for the first time in almost 15 years, they had been able to be independent in entering and exiting the home without needing to call the other for assistance or in case they have a fall. Mrs Dang was smiling from ear to ear when her husband came outside to show me how he can now get up and down the front, and the back steps, without needing to hold on to Mrs Dang and almost pull her over. Mrs Dang advised that the rails were put in very well, and were so sturdy that they will last longer than the house. Mrs Dang told me that the men who came to fit the rails were very nice and helpful.”
