Most of us want to live independently in our own homes for as long as we can, but as we get older we may need some more support and assistance. We believe it’s right for you to have every opportunity to choose what’s right for you. We want our services to be shaped by your goals and we’re ready to work with you to help you live a full and independent life.

We’ve been around for ages

Wesley Mission is over 200 years old and we’ve been working in disability services for more than 40 years. That means we’ve acquired knowledge, skills and services that meet the needs of our community plus we’ve developed quality administrative systems, clear procedures and policies that benefit you.

We’re driven to ‘do all the good you can’

At Wesley Mission, you hear the words “Do all the good you can” a lot—that’s what drives us. We’re a Christian organisation that exists to serve our community.

Our team are brilliant

We know the reason people love Wesley Mission is because they love our team. We’re a large group that’s experienced, passionate and committed to training, and developing our staff. We offer comprehensive induction, orientation and training programs to ensure staff have the information and skills to effectively and professionally care for, and support the people they work with.

We reckon diversity matters

We’re committed to working in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALD) to promote the wellbeing of people with a disability in a culturally appropriate manner.
