If you’re experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness and don’t live in any of the areas where Wesley Mission provides crisis accommodation, Link2Home is your next step. A state-wide homelessness information and referral telephone service, Link2Home is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year on 1800 152 152.
If you know someone who is experiencing homelessness, you can also contact Link2Home to advocate on their behalf.
Linke2Home will provide you with service support information, conduct an assessment regarding your situation and make referrals to homelessness services across New South Wales to help you get back on your feet.
