If we’re assessing rental arrears’ payment, you’ll be asked to provide copies of your client’s rental agreement and current rental ledger. If we’re able to assist, you’ll be promptly notified.

Don’t wait for rental arrears to escalate. If you have any indication that things may not be going well for your tenant, please refer them to our service as the sooner we can intervene, the better the outcome for all parties involved.
