Mental Health in the Workplace
People living with a mental health condition are often reluctant to disclose the information because of the stigma attached. In the workplace, this can cause increased absenteeism and loss of productivity. Mental Health and Resilience in the Workplace is a training program to raise awareness of mental health issues in the workplace, foster open communication and enhance mental health and resilience.
The program can be offered as a one day workshop or as three two-hour sessions to cover each of the modules.
Wesley LifeForce Suicide Prevention

Full-day and half-day workshops provide participants with opportunities to practice the intervention strategy. Clinical and/or previous mental health training is not needed to take part in the course. The program is designed to assist individuals to support work colleagues, family and friends—or anyone at risk of suicide.
