Our vital community services support children and families, older Australians, people living with disability and people who need pathways out of homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges, financial hardship, and family and tough domestic situations.
Major gifts, which are significant financial donations, are essential to our work. They allow us to plan and deliver programs that address emerging needs and tackle systemic issues to make sustainable change. We work closely with our philanthropist supporters to identify opportunities that align with their passions and charitable focuses, ensuring meaningful impact. As the creators of Lifeline, it’s no surprise that we are a voice and a non-judgmental source of help for people struggling with their mental health.
We support mental health across all our services. We also operate the Lifeline Sydney & Sutherland helpline, Wesley LifeForce suicide prevention program and the GambleAware helpline across New South Wales.
We are also a leading voice advocating within government and across society to end gambling harm.
The line between stability and hardship is thinner than we think.
We advocate for fair and affordable housing access and policies, and help individuals with short- or long-term housing when they are at risk or experiencing homelessness. We also support people to escape intimate partner and family violence and safely rebuild their lives.
We’re known for talking less and doing more. That’s because we’re driven by our vision of doing all the good we can. We aspire big, because we believe we are here to show love, compassion and respect that have transformative impacts. Our supporters often share similar ambitions and a desire to see love, compassion and respect offered to people in all circumstances, across all walks of life.
