Who can access In-Home Support services?
The program is available to NDIS participants with funding for Core Supports or similar categories. Our services are flexible and designed to meet the needs of people with varying levels of support requirements. If you’re unsure about your eligibility, we can assist with reviewing your NDIS plan.
What types of support are provided in this program?

Our In-Home Support program includes:

  • Assistance with personal care (e.g.,bathing, dressing)
  • Household tasks (e.g., cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
  • Medication reminders and administration
  • Support with grocery shopping and errands
  • Social support and companionship
  • Overnight or live-in care, if required
  • Recreational activities and social opportunities
  • Supporting your development
  • Respite support for carers
How is the support personalised to my needs?
We take the time to understand your unique needs, preferences, and goals. After an initial consultation, we develop a personalised care plan and match you with trained support workers who fit your requirements and personality, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported. We're here for you to get the most out of your day, from trips to the  local library, movies or concerts, a social group or sporting group. For many clients we've organised a short holiday, attending a course or assisting with your personal development and overall goals.
Are your support workers trained and qualified?
Yes, all our support workers are highly trained and qualified, with experience in disability support and a commitment to providing compassionate, professional care. They also undergo background checks and regular training to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
How can I get started with In-Home Support?
To begin, contact our team for a consultation. We’ll discuss your needs, review your NDIS plan, and help you arrange funding for in-home support. Once your plan is in place, we’ll schedule your first visit and start providing support at your convenience.
