What is the In-Home Support program?
Our In-Home Support program provides NDIS-funded assistance to help people with disabilities live comfortably and independently in their own homes. Support is tailored to individual needs and can include help with daily tasks, personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and more.
Who can access In-Home Support services?
The program is available to NDIS participants with funding for Core Supports or similar categories. Our services are flexible and designed to meet the needs of people with varying levels of support requirements. If you’re unsure about your eligibility, we can assist with reviewing your NDIS plan.
What types of support are provided in this program?
Our In-Home Support program includes:
- Assistance with personal care (e.g.,bathing, dressing)
- Household tasks (e.g., cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Medication reminders and administration
- Support with grocery shopping and errands

- Overnight or live-in care, if required

After an initial consultation, we develop a personalised care plan and match you with trained support workers who fit your requirements and personality, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported. We're here for you to get the most out of your day, from trips to the local library, movies or concerts, a social group or sporting group. For many clients we've organised a short holiday, attending a course or assisting with your personal development and overall goals.

Yes, all our support workers are highly trained and qualified, with experience in disability support and a commitment to providing compassionate, professional care. They also undergo background checks and regular training to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
