Care that celebrates you
At Wesley Mission, we believe the best care recognises every part of you – from your physical needs to emotional and spiritual wellbeing, if that’s important to you. We go beyond providing services; we’re here to champion your independence and give you the reliable care you deserve.
Support that's tailored to you
We’ve been doing good and supporting others for more than 200 years. Driven by purpose, not profits, we combine deep expertise with genuine human connection to provide care that supports you on every level.
Whether you need a little extra help around the home, more in-depth support or respite care, we’re here to help you live life on your terms and embrace each day with confidence. Our empathetic, experienced care advisors will work with you to tailor a plan to suit your preferences and budget, down to every thoughtful detail.

Modify your home to suit your changing needs
We can help you stay independent for longer by modifying your home to make it safer, more secure and easier to live in. From installing safety features around your home to repairing external pathways and more, our home modifications and maintenance service is here to help you live your life with confidence.
Funding and support
We provide home care services for older Australians with Home Care Packages (HCP) and through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
What is a Home Care Package (HCP)?
Government funded support to help people with moderate to complex care needs who want to stay in their own home. Home care packages are designed to give people choice and flexibility around the type of care and support they receive. You’ll have a personalised budget that lets you decide how you spend your funding, so you can make sure your care is tailored to you.
What is the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)?
Subsidised support for older Australians looking for some extra help with everyday tasks at home. The Commonwealth Home Support Programme is designed to work with you to help you maintain your independence. You’ll still be expected to contribute something to the cost of your care, depending on the type of support and provider. If you have more complex needs, a HCP may be more suitable.
Not sure what funding and support is right for you? Our experienced care consultants can guide you through the process.
