Who it's for

 

The Wesley Seniors Social Hubs are designed for older people who may be: 

  • Socially isolated and looking to connect with others 
  • Frail or in need of assistance with daily activities 
  • Living with dementia and seeking a safe and engaging environment 


We welcome seniors from the Wyong Shire areas, and southwest Sydney areas to join our inclusive and friendly hubs.

Outcomes

Our goal is to provide families with the support they need to achieve lasting housing security and independence. Through our homeless services, families can:
