Wesley Impact! news
Read the latest issue of Wesley Impact! news to learn more about the people you have helped and how their lives have changed through your donations.
As the days get shorter and the weather cools, the last thing families expect is to find themselves without a safe place to call home. But that’s exactly what happened to Bella* and her family – until they turned to Wesley Mission.
In this edition of Wesley Impact! news, we’ll learn how persistence, resilience and support helped Bella’s family break free from homelessness for good. We hear from Amanda*, who found herself without a home for her children when the Northern Rivers floods hit and from Isabel* who made lifelong friends at Wesley Mission Community Housing after escaping domestic violence.
We also hear from Simon about why he chooses to give to Wesley Mission and Terry on being Wesley Mission’s longest serving employee. Plus, we learn why Reverend Chee has chosen to leave a gift to Wesley Mission in his Will and how you can prepare or update your Will for a fraction of the cost at a Wesley Wills Day.
Whether it’s rising living costs, the ongoing rental crisis, natural disaster or domestic violence, your support means we can be there for Australians in crisis, providing practical support and care, now and for as long as it takes for them to get back on their feet.
