There is no stamp duty to pay when moving into one of our retirement villages.
Guaranteed refund and no hidden costs
When you move into a Wesley Retirement Living Village, you only pay charges that relate to the operation of the village, and you’ll know upfront how much you’ll receive when you leave. And, when you do move out, you’ll simply pay a maximum of 42 days of recurrent charges and residents may be required to pay a departure fee upon exit.
You also have the flexibility to choose your Deferred Management Fee (DMF) percentage, as opposed to the industry standard of 30 per cent.
Change of mind guarantee
We offer a 90-day settling-in period to give you time to settle in and adjust to living in our retirement community (conditions apply).
Supported selling
When you leave, we’ll take care of all the administration (including marketing and selling costs), cleaning and refurbishment of the unit, so you, or your family, don’t have to worry. After you move out, you’ll simply pay a maximum of 42 days of recurrent charges and residents -may be required to pay a departure fee upon exit.

These are at an additional cost and an assessment process may need to be completed to ensure eligibility.

We offer a number of support services to help you maintain your independence as long as possible. Should you experience a medical issue or hospitalisation, there are a range of short-term services that can be tailored to your needs. An additional cost may apply.
