We value children as capable individuals who bring their own beliefs, identity, interests, skills, talents and ideas to the service. We work to ensure that all educators support their wellbeing, learning and development.<\/p><p>In doing this Wesley Out of School Hours care is guided by the National Quality Framework. The National Framework includes:<\/p><ul><li><a title=\"Children (Education and Care Services) National Law (NSW)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.nsw.gov.au\/~\/view\/act\/2010\/104a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">National Law<\/a><\/li><li><a title=\"Education and Care Services National Regulations\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legislation.nsw.gov.au\/~\/view\/regulation\/2011\/653\/chap4\/par.1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">National Regulations<\/a><\/li><li><a title=\"National Quality Standard\" href=\"#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Quality Standard<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dese.gov.au\/schooling\/resources\/my-time-our-place-framework-school-age-care-australia-information-families\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Approved<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.education.gov.au\/early-childhood\/national-quality-framework\/approved-learning-frameworks\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> Learning Frameworks &#8211; My Time, Our Place<\/a><\/li><\/ul><p>The National Quality Standard sets a benchmark for quality of education and care services. Services are assessed and rated in the following seven quality areas:<\/p><ul><li>QA1. Educational program and practice<\/li><li>QA2. Children\u2019s health and safety<\/li><li>QA3. The physical environment<\/li><li>QA4. Staffing arrangements<\/li><li>QA5. Relationships with children<\/li><li>QA6. Collaborative partnerships with families and communities<\/li><li>QA7.
